Satyam founded UXReactor in 2014 with his brother, Prasad, building it into the USA’s fastest-growing specialized experience design firm. Before this, he led product design at Citrix, growing the team from 4 to 100+, and helped establish PayPal’s Global Design Center in India.
An alumnus of Harvard Business School’s General Management Program and a Stanford Design Thinking practitioner, Satyam also holds a master’s degree in Human Factors from Wright State University. Recognizing the untapped strategic potential of UX, he developed the PragmaticUX framework, enabling Fortune 500 companies to generate billions through user-centered innovation.

Kuldeep Kelkar, Senior Partner, UXReactor
Kuldeep is a seasoned Silicon Valley UX leader with over two decades of experience working with start-ups and Fortune 500 companies. He joined UXReactor in 2023 to lead the User Research and Insights practice.
Kuldeep previously led user research services at UserZoom (now part of UserTesting) and was PayPal’s first User Researcher in 2004.
Kuldeep holds a master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction from Clemson University and is the author of Strengthen Your User Research Superpower.
