LONDON MEET-UP: Workout with Adriana!

​Let's meet in person, do an energising barre x strength class & hang out after! With each movement sent to the beat of a motivating playlist, you'll use just your bodyweight to start your weekend on a high. This is a great way to experience a Capable class in person and meet like-minded pals in the city. After class, if you’re up for it, we can head to 3 Locks Brewing company for a lil drink!
