​Mike Redbord is a distinguished customer success leader and AI advocate. At HubSpot (NYSE:HUBS), he scaled customer teams as VP of Customer Success through IPO to $500M+ revenue and as General Manager and VP of Product created the Service Hub product line. He’s since helped grow AI-first startups like FinQore and Regal.ai. A long-time Boston-based startup ecosystem enthusiast, Mike contributes to agent.ai as Head of Experience and advises early-stage software companies on growth, customer success, and AI.
