Michelle Ockers

Michelle is an organizational learning and modern workplace learning practitioner who's spent 3 decades in L&D. She's the founder of consultancy Learning Uncut, and you may have listened to her podcast of the same name, which has reached over 100k downloads in 100 countries. At Learning Uncut, she helps organizations create and implement L&D strategies, shift L&D teams' mindsets, and build learning cultures. In 2019, she was awarded Learning Professional of the Year through the Australian Institute of Training and Development, and the Internet Time Alliance Jay Cross Memorial Award for contribution to the field of informal learning.

Cassandra Naji

As Director of L&D at Animalz content marketing agency, Cassie helps some of the world's smartest business writers create compelling, revenue-generating content. She's building a learning culture from the ground up, as well as working on projects to productize knowledge and learning. She's fascinated by how the psychology of learning can and should be reflected in product design.
