We do not offer refunds, but you can transfer your ticket to another attendee if you can no longer attend. Just reach out to our support team to arrange the transfer.
Why does my ticket charge say "Carry"?
Your ticket purchase will appear as "Carry" on your statement—this is simply the payment processor for the O/O/O Summit. Rest assured, your ticket is valid for the event, and you’re all set to attend.
If I’m not approved for the event, will I be charged?
No, only approved attendees will be charged. If your application is not accepted, you will not be billed.

Admission to this event is by approval only. Approved guests will receive a confirmation email with a calendar invite. Invitations are non-transferable. Additional event details will be shared leading up to the event.
