CTOs at Scale: GenAI - Experimentation and Adoption, Bob Matsuoka, former VPE/CTO TripAdvisor
How are you handling tool review and acceptance with legal and compliance?
What are you doing about Shadow AI?
What's your strategy (and your tactics) for hiring in the age of LLMs?
Where are you starting to get "quick wins" from copilots or agents?
How are you planning on identifying and scaling successful experiments?
How are you managing potential concerns from ICs about changes to or losses of jobs?
How are you leveraging AI to ingest signal across your org for better insights and visibility into the projects you should be focusing on?
This month we're going to focus on tactical steps to drive experimentation and adoption of GenAI within the SDLC. If you'd like to get insights from your closest peers about what's really working within their orgs, join us!
On the morning of Wednesday April 23rd at our CTOs at Scale Breakfast from 8am-10am, I'll be interviewing Bob Matsuoka, former VPE/CTO at TripAdvisor.
We'll be discussing practical experiments we can run to get our orgs ready for the accelerating impact of LLMs on software development.
We'll have a buffet breakfast and informal networking starting at 8am followed by an interactive discussion between Bob, Peter who will be facilitating, and the participants.
We're keeping this one intimate - 20 seats in a private board room near 28th and Park, so sign up quickly if you'd like a seat at the table!
Content will be done by 9.30, although we have the space until 10 if you'd like to keep conversing!
