Mangroves

​Sign up to take a journey to explore the diverse wildlife of the Mangroves with Animal Life Drawing. The first session in the ‘Habitats Series’, we will discover animals that live above water as well as those that take refuge amongst the complex structures of the mangroves root systems below water level.

​There are approximately 80 different species of mangrove trees world wide. The unique flora and tree architecture is a home to many fascinating animals that are just itching to jump into your sketchbooks! 

​We will warm up with a few quick studies and then gradually slow down with gorgeous imagery for your pencils to get lost in.

​There will be images and moving footage on screen with timers for your reference.

​Always expect a warm welcome, creative company and chat. There is no pressure to talk or have your camera on. This is a safe space to feel comfortable and for everyone of all abilities.
