This isn’t about hiking gear or grand wilderness escapes (though we love those too). It’s about the quiet, steadying presence of the natural world—and how essential that relationship is to our well-being.Expect intro to ecotherapy and an opportunity to visualize and reflect on your relation with nature.
Together, we’ll explore: What does rest really mean for you? How can we build moments of calm into our full, ambitious lives? And how might reconnecting with nature change not just how we feel—but how we live? We’ll be gathering at STPLN in Malmö—in community, curiosity, and care.
