Open to all LegalTechTalk 2025 attendees, no sign up required and will be taking place on both day one and two of the event.
In a world driven by deadlines, data, and constant decision-making, it’s easy to forget the most important system we run, ourselves. That’s why we’ve created The Reset Room, a calm, restorative corner of LegalTechTalk where the noise fades and you can reconnect with your breath, your body, and your mind.
Led by Paula Hatfield, Certified Mindset Coach, Clinical Hypnotherapist, and founder of Hub of Happy, this space is here to help you decompress, re-centre, and experience what it feels like to be truly present, even in the middle of Europe’s largest legal tech event.
With over 23 years of experience in the health and wellbeing sector and a deep specialism in stress management, Paula brings a unique blend of science-backed tools and deeply grounding practices.
These include a variation of guided breathwork and guided meditation and her, signature group hypnotherapy experience, The Homecoming Sessions, which combines breathwork, somatic meditation, and deeply relaxing hypnotherapy. All sessions are delivered through silent disco headsets for a fully immersive experience.
Each session runs for 30 minutes, (with the exception of two extended sessions) following a carefully curated schedule, giving you just enough time to reset without missing a beat of the conference.

Session Itinerary
8:15–8:45 AM - Rise & Reset: A Guided Wake-Up Meditation
Begin the day with intention. A gentle, grounding meditation designed to awaken the body, calm the mind, and help you arrive full, to yourself and to the day ahead.
10:00–10:30 AM - Mental Clarity Reset: From Fog to Focus
A focused practice to cut through overwhelm, settle the mind, and restore your capacity to think clearly, ideal before diving into panels or networking.
11:00–11:30 AM - Overwhelm Release: A Space to Exhale
Designed for busy minds and tense shoulders this gentle guided session helps you release the build-up of stress and reconnect with ease.
12:00–1:00 PM - Deep Reset: A Restorative Immersive Experience (Extended Session)
Step into an immersive blend of breathwork, meditation, and guided trance delivered through silent disco headsets. This longer session offers deep nervous system restoration and inner calm, perfect for recharging midday.
1:00–2:00 PM - Break for the practitioner
2:00–2:30 PM - Stay Grounded: A Midday Nervous System Reset
A guided practice to bring you back into your body and back into balance helping you stay anchored and present for the rest of your day.
3:00–3:30 PM - Anxiety Release: Softening the Edges
This session helps gently shift anxious energy and offers practical tools to soothe the body and quiet the mind in real time.
4:00–4:30 PM - The Clarity Drop-In: A Guided Reset for Focus + Flow
Let go of the mental clutter and reconnect with clarity. A short, focused meditation to support decision-making, creativity, and calm direction.
5:00–5:30 PM - Breath & Boundaries: A Mini Reset for Energy Protection
A guided session to restore your energy, create gentle boundaries, and support emotional regulation during a high-stimulus day.
6:00–7:00 PM - Integration & Exhale: The Evening Wind-Down (Extended Experience)
Close the day with an immersive, slow-paced journey to help your system process, reflect, and unwind. Breath, meditation, and deep rest hypnosis to create space for calm, integration and pause.
