Office Hours with Later CTO Ian MacKinnon

​Vancouver Tech Journal members are invited to join founder William Johnson for a casual, yet in-depth conversation with local founder and executive Ian MacKinnon.

​Ian MacKinnon is the founder and CTO of Later.com. Founded in 2014 at a hackathon, Later has grown to become the leading social media and visual marketing platform with over five million of the world's top brands and agencies as users. In 2022, Later was acquired and merged with Mavrck to create the ultimate creator marketing platform.

​At Later and Mavrck, Ian is responsible for overseeing the engineering team in its software development efforts as well as spearheading its machine learning and data science initiatives. Ian has a software development background and has previously worked at SAP and Google before joining the Vancouver Startup scene.

​NOTE: This won’t be one of those boring webinar interviews; this is an interactive session where everyone will have the opportunity to speak up, ask questions, and share their own expertise.
