​About Erin Winkler-McCue

​Erin is a seasoned executive & leadership coach with a passion for helping founders, leaders, and first-time CEOs have greater impact. Drawing on two decades of company building with leadership roles at companies like Opower and Periscope Data, Erin views coaching as one of the most effective tools for taking leaders and their organizations to the next level. She helps her clients reconnect with their purpose, stay connected to work that energizes them, and show up more authentically for themselves, their colleagues, and their teams. Erin's clients work at organizations of every shape and size, from founders at seed-stage startups to leaders at major public companies. She holds a B.A. from Smith College, and an M.S. in Global Strategy from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service. Erin completed her coaching training at the Hudson Institute of Coaching, an ICF Level 2 accredited institution.
