Meet VentureX: Fireside Chat with Tracie Clark & Sheryl Frame

​Angel investors we invite you to join us for a fireside with Tracie & Sheryl from VentureX, an angel syndicate focused on female led ventures or teams.

​There remains a gap in capital invested into female founded companies globally. In Australia in 2022, only 3% of venture capital funding went to women only founded companies, with only 10% going to gender diverse teams.

​Now is the time to level the playing field.

​At VentureX we invest in scalable, for profit companies, that are female led with at least 1 woman in an executive role and holding significant equity. 

​Sheryl is the CEO of Perth based start-up, Liquim Limited, and previously started four IT-related companies. She's also worked as a Commercialisation Adviser for the Federal Government's Accelerating Commercialisation (AC) program and now consults on strategy and commercialisation through her own company, EDICT International Consultant.

​Tracie is a seasoned angel investor, having started investing more than 20 years ago, and manages her own financial planning company. She's also currently a Director at some impressive organisations including Cancel Council WA & Spacecubed. She was previously the Vice Chair of Perth Angels.

​For us, it is not just about writing a cheque.

​It's about providing Founders with the guidance, connections and support to help startups scale and grow through our network of angel investors and business leaders.
