About Event
Lindsay, Meditation Facilitator & Reiki Practitioner, and Rachel, Reiki Practitioner & RN will guide you through reiki, meditation, reflection and a sharing circle. Our intention is to help you rediscover your inner strength and build resilience during turbulent times. This workshop is open to A18+ looking to learn more about reiki or experiencing its benefits. Hot tea and a limited number of floor cushions will be available.
What to Bring:
- something to support your seat (pillow, yoga mat, blanket)
- a journal or something to write on (there extra pens and paper, if needed)
- water bottle, if you need it
- a snack, if you need it

Street parking is free in Media on Sundays, as is the Olive Street Parking lot. Please give yourself a little extra time to find a spot and be sure to read any parking signs to ensure you are legally parked. There are limited spots on the street in front of the building. There are accessible sidewalks and an elevator. The front door automatically locks on weekends, so if someone will let you in.
