​Thinking about a career in medicine? Join this panel to hear from two inspiring Parallel mentors who are pursuing the med school path at Penn and Dartmouth. Learn how high school and middle school students can prepare and stand out.

​This panel will be led by the following Parallel mentors:

• ​Emanuel - graduated Penn with a major in Bio. Starting med school at Penn this fall.

• ​Gabriel - currently undergrad at Dartmouth, majoring in Psychology. Looking to do med school on an MD/PhD path.

​In this virtual Q&A, we’ll cover:

• ​What sparked their interest in medicine, and how they confirmed it in high school

• ​Classes, clubs, and programs that actually made a difference

• ​Advice on college admissions for aspiring doctors

• ​What pre-med life is really like (and what they wish they knew sooner)

• ​Tips for staying motivated and balanced on a challenging path

​For students (and their parents) who are just starting to explore STEM or already set on med school. Parallel mentors will share real-world advice and answer your questions about the pre-med journey.
