​Hot Girl Yoga is a backyard summer series where we explore the foundations of yoga — movement (asana), breath (pranayama), and stillness (meditation). Whether you're brand new or looking to get back into your yoga practice, this class is about feeling good in your body, quieting your mind, and creating space for wholeness and wellness. Come as you are and leave feeling lighter, brighter, and recharged.

​Details

​💰 Cost: $15 per class or 4-class pass for $52.50 (buy 3, get the 4th 50% off). Venmo or cash on arrival.

​⏰ Timing: Please arrive between 8:40 am – 8:50 am to allow for set up and check in before class starts promptly at 9:00 am.

​🏡 Location: Justine's backyard! We'll be on the lawn, overflow on the pavement.

​🎒 What to Bring: Your mat, a towel for extra cushion, water, and sunscreen. If you have yoga supplies (blocks, strap, etc.), feel free to bring those, too.
