Hey guys, Churn! It is a hot topic; we invited two companies who know what churn is and learned well how to prevent/minimize churn in 2025 - Dealfront and Trustmary. Of course, there are no easy and once-and-forever solutions, churn prevention is a strategic, company-wide focus - let's check more from Maaria and Pasi!
Maaria will share more high-level insights, how to collaborate with other teams across the company to bring and show value to customers which makes impact on retention rate, how to motivate and lead Customer Success teams to keep focus on churn prevention, what metrics we track to see the progress of our efforts; and Pasi will share very practical experiences they learned at Trustmary with fighting churn.
