Meet the Hosts:
Chef Anu is a culinary storyteller whose journey began in the heart of India and has taken her around the world—from the bustling spice markets of Rajasthan to prestigious kitchens in Europe, Australia and Latin America, including a stint at a 3 Michelin-star restaurant. Growing up in India, she never imagined a life behind the stove—until a transformative dining experience in Girona at a Michelin-starred restaurant ignited a passion for cooking that would change everything.
Today, Chef Anu channels her eclectic experiences into innovative menus that invite diners to embark on a sensory journey and infuses her dishes with the rich traditions of her homeland, drawing inspiration from her travels across the world.

Atish Fernandes's journey began in Goa, where he ran two popular bars in Panjim’s historic Portuguese quarter of Fontainhas. It was during a holiday in Goa that he met his wife Inês—a true “Alfacinha” from Lisbon—and together they built a life over 11 years, raising their two children amidst the vibrant culture of India.
Two years ago, post-pandemic, Atish and his family moved to Lisbon to be closer to their extended family and to reconnect with their Portuguese roots. Drawing on his rich experience and passion for Goan heritage, Atish created Bar da Graça——a cozy, friendly spot just a flight of stairs from one of Lisbon’s most beautiful miradouros. At Bar da Graça, every sip and bite tells a story of cultural fusion, honoring both his Goan legacy and his new home in Lisbon.
