3-Day Mindset Reset Activation is designed to positively transform your mindset and align you with your highest potential.

Join activation coach Ariana Rose, each morning in a guided meditation inspired by the teachings of Dr. Joe Dispenza and Kundalini breathwork to nurture a mindset grounded in abundance and limitless potential. 

Day 2 and 3 will include esteemed EFT and trauma-informed somatic release with DiMee and Naweïa Wilder.
