About Event

In this panel discussion, we'll give you a lay of the land and introduce you to some of the most exciting opportunities in climate tech.

Speaker Bios:

Timothy Krysiek leads the Climate Technology Fund at MassMutual Ventures, a $150 million climate tech financial venture capital fund. Prior to MassMutual Ventures, Tim was Managing Director at Equinor Ventures, where he managed a portfolio of 25 venture and growth investments across the climate tech landscape, including renewables, green hydrogen, carbon removal, fusion, e-mobility, and energy storage.

Jackie Lipkin is a Partner based in SJF’s North Carolina office. Jackie’s portfolio engagements include Iron Sheepdog, Lineage Logistics, Living Earth, Mercado Labs, Perishable Shipping Solutions, TemperPack, Tive, and Tradeverifyd. Jackie previously worked in finance for Schoology, a high-growth education technology company. Prior to Schoology, Jackie was an investment banking analyst for Centerview Partners, an independent M&A, restructuring, and strategic advisory firm. Jackie graduated magna cum laude from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Economics and concentrations in Finance and Management.

Deanna Zhang is the CEO at V1 Climate Solutions, working to close the funding gap in FOAK climate tech solutions by helping startups strategize around raising capital for their early projects and assets & working with other stakeholders in building new solutions to address the FOAK gap. A Forbes 30 under 30 recipient, Deanna comes from more than a decade of experience in climate and energy technology-focused investment banking, capital solutions, and investment strategy, I'm passionate about building the next generation of sustainable infrastructure.

Neil is the Founder & CEO of OnePointFive (OPF), a Forbes Next 1000-awarded global climate advisory and academy firm with a network of ~900 sustainability professionals across 60+ countries. He has over a decade of experience across consulting, impact investing, international development, and entrepreneurship, including roles at Dalberg, Accenture, and KPMG. Before founding OPF, Neil served as Deputy Director at Echoing Green, where he led a climate investment fund, reviewed 2,000+ startup applications, and supported 70 early-stage climate ventures across 20 countries—helping them collectively raise tens of millions in capital. A recognized BIPOC climate leader with over 17,500 LinkedIn followers, Neil has been invited to speak at the United Nations, and at Oxford, Yale, Harvard, and Princeton. He has written for Forbes and the World Economic Forum on climate innovation and investing, and was named a 40 Under 40 Most Influential Asian-Australian for his global climate impact. Neil holds a Midcareer Master of Environmental Management from Yale, an MBA from Oxford, and a triple degree in Mechatronic Engineering, International Business, and Management.
