​We’ll kick off this session of Career Office Hours with a conversation between Caro Griffin (General Manager) and Wendy Saccuzzo (Community + Career Services) about what Tech Ladies are seeing going into Q1 in the job search space, and three job search tips you need to know about right now to give yourself a competitive edge: clarity in your career story, connecting with other people, and knowing your worth as you set the tone in your interviews.

​Wendy Saccuzzo (she/her) leads Community & Career Services at Tech Ladies. She nerds out over anything recruiting and tech hiring related, and she’s worked in tech for most of her career (Customer Success, Career Services, Sales). She’s also a career coach and counselor with a focus on job search, interviewing, career transition, and leadership, mostly working with underrepresented people in tech. You can find her on LinkedIn.
