WAVE Forward: Celebrating the Next Generation of Tech Leaders

​The Wave Fellowship is Switzerland’s leading career acceleration program for young women entering the tech industry. Co-led by WeBloom and Women in Tech Switzerland, the fellowship is designed to tackle the critical drop-off in women pursuing careers in STEM between university and the workforce—a gap where representation drops by 15% (McKinsey, 2023).

​The Wave Fellowship Graduation is a moment of celebration, reflection, and activation. Hosted at Google Switzerland, the event will convene tech enthusiasts, industry leaders, partners, and the next generation of innovators for an evening of interactive learning and networking.
