
Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep as it is commonly known, is an immensely powerful meditation technique, and one of the easiest yoga practices to develop and maintain. Intense vinyasa flows and long asana holds are not for everyone. Yoga Nidra, however, is a practice that everyone, from children to seniors, can do. It's easy to follow at any age. All that your body needs to do is lie down on the floor. And even if you can't lie down on the floor, you can still do this practice seated.
We will be led by Steve Ortgiesen, a highly skilled hypnotherapist and practitioner of Yoga Nidra. This type of yoga is dedicated to helping individuals achieve deep states of relaxation and personal transformation. Steve warmly welcomes you to this delightful and soothing practice that is aimed to increase your peace, balance, and well-being.
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket (Yoga mats available at the studio as well)
