This one-hour training session will provide Overseas Vietnamese professionals with insights and strategies to overcome the bamboo ceiling, a phenomenon that limits career advancement due to systemic biases, cultural stereotypes, and barriers within corporate environments. This interactive session will combine the latest research, real-world examples, and practical strategies, empowering participants to break through these barriers and advance to leadership roles.
