Bio:
Katie Kross is a sustainable business educator, thought leader, and careers expert. As the managing director of the Center for Energy, Development, and the Global Environment (EDGE) at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, she develops and leads educational and extracurricular programs for MBA students, including editorial leadership for the MBA EDGE knowledge platform. She is also the author of the book Profession and Purpose: A Resource Guide for MBA Careers in Sustainability.
Eugene Kirpichov
Bio:
Eugene is the founder and Executive Director of Work On Climate, a non-profit on a mission to remove workforce bottlenecks to climate progress equitably and justly. In his past life, he was a software engineer at Google working on bigdata and AI infrastructure, until making the leap into climate in 2020 and discovering the climate workforce problem. Work On Climate has made its name building the world’s largest community for professionals working in climate or wishing to enter the field, with 32,000+ members — and is now scaling this work by building coalitions focused on solving specific climate workforce bottlenecks.
Alisyn Malek
Bio:
Alisyn Malek is a change maker in the mobility and automotive sectors whose profound knowledge and range of unique experiences sets her apart.
Consistently recognized for her achievements, Malek has led organizations, driven historic investments and developed and delivered new products to market. She is currently supporting the Michigan Startup and Automotive Ecosystems as a Mentor in Residence with the University of Michigan and running the Changing Lanes program for the Office of Future Mobility and Electrification.
Neil Yeoh
Neil is the Founder & CEO of OnePointFive, a Forbes Next 1000 awarded global climate advisory and academy firm with >800 sustainability professionals in 50 countries. Neil is listed as a 40 under 40 Most Influential Asian-Australians with climate thought leadership featured by Forbes, World Economic Forum, LinkedIn Green Skills Report, and S&P ESG Insider. He holds a MEM from Yale, an MBA from Oxford, and a triple degree in Mechatronic Engineering, International Business, and Management, with industry experience at Echoing Green, Dalberg, Accenture, and KPMG.
