​This is for you if you find yourself wondering whether the comfort of your current role is worth the nagging feeling that you're outgrowing it. "What's the cost of staying in this role?" is arguably one of the most pressing questions we face as millennials navigating our careers in this competitive city.

​Expect an evening of thoughtful conversation, lightly facilitated with simple activities and food. Come with your own perspective on staying versus leaving, and discover what new insights you walk away with after hearing from others wrestling with the same career crossroads.

​This is perfect for:

• ​Mid-career professionals feeling comfortable but restless in their current position

• ​People questioning whether job security is worth potential stagnation

• ​Anyone seeking real conversation beyond surface-level networking, and seeking fresh perspectives from peers facing the same questions

​We will organise a GrabFood order for each participant to order dinner if they wish. This is on top of the event fee that covers venue charges for our gathering.
