Field Trip NYC: New York Public Library
Join us for this Creative Field Trip to the New York Public Library! Get out of the house and into the field to walk through a fantastical free institution and engage with life through a different lens 🔍
What to expect:
🦁 🔎📚🖼 Meet up at the iconic Stephen A. Schwarzman NYPL in Bryant Park to learn about some of its incredible free resources by one of their passionate team of librarians. We'll explore some of the oft-overlooked research rooms and be provided time and prompts to take a curiosity-led exploration walk throughout the massive building.
🗣📓🧺🌳 Regroup towards the end (weather/lawn permitting) on picnic blankets in Bryant Park with some 🧋🥯 light bites and beverages and debrief with community conversation about our experience.
Some things to note: accessible bathrooms, a/c, and water filling stations are available in and around the building. A library card is encouraged but not required, and staff can help to create one on-site in minutes!
Let's get curious 🌸
