About Event

Join me as we practice this graceful standing balancing pose. It allows for opening of the chest & hips while stretching the involved muscles and joints ;)

​Items needed for class:

* Yoga mat

Optional:

  • Blocks & a small stool or chair. You may also choose to practice this pose against a wall.

* An undisturbed area to practice (this is YOU time) :)
