​Rhythmic Flows is a dynamic fusion of yoga, sound bath and live music designed to refresh, inspire and uplift both body & mind. Structured as a 90-minute, open-level class, this yoga fusion session seamlessly integrates movement with the energy of live music performed by some of the most talented musicians in NYC.
