Over the past 12 years, she has defined strategies, led product teams, and built products from 0 to 1. She has launched go-to-market initiatives and is always obsessed over the details. 

Lorie Whitaker

Lorie Whitaker is a Principal UX Researcher at Zalando with 17+ years of experience. For the last 12 years, she has specialised in B2B user research at companies like GitLab, CapitalOne, and Okta. Lorie loves diving into strategic research, developing UX frameworks, and mentoring teams. When she’s not at work, you can find her gardening, cooking up new recipes, or learning German in beautiful Southern Germany!

Andrea Cattani

Andrea Cattani is a design leader with over 12 years of experience simplifying complexity and creating impactful B2B products. He has helped teams integrate user research into strategic processes and shape roadmaps grounded in real user needs and business value. Today, he works as a freelance consultant, supporting companies in driving innovation through design.

Xiangyi Tang

With a background in design, a career rooted in UX research and knowledge in data, Xiang loves helping photographers monetising their craft as Staff Product Manager at Gotphoto.
