β10:20-10:40: Arrival (find a spot, and settle the bubbas)
β10:45-11:45am workout officially begins
β12-1:30pm brunch and chat
βJoin us for a fun pre and post natal friendly resistance band workout designed especially for mums β buggies welcome! Whether you're a new mama or a seasoned pro, this session is all about moving your body, building strength, and boosting those happy hormones in a supportive, child-friendly environment (you can also come alone).
βAfter the workout?
We brunch! π₯ Expect a hearty, brunch at the Paddenswick Tea Gardens where you can relax, refuel, and connect with like-minded mums over good food and great convo. Please note, payment for brunch is separate.
