A Bodied By XO feel-good morning for mums who want to move, connect, and brunch!

​10:20-10:40: Arrival (find a spot, and settle the bubbas)

​10:45-11:45am workout officially begins

​12-1:30pm brunch and chat

​Join us for a fun pre and post natal friendly resistance band workout designed especially for mums – buggies welcome! Whether you're a new mama or a seasoned pro, this session is all about moving your body, building strength, and boosting those happy hormones in a supportive, child-friendly environment (you can also come alone).

​After the workout?
We brunch! πŸ₯ Expect a hearty, brunch at the Paddenswick Tea Gardens where you can relax, refuel, and connect with like-minded mums over good food and great convo. Please note, payment for brunch is separate.

Things to note :) Brunch will be held at The Paddenswick Tea Gardens in Ravenscourt Park. Payment for brunch is separate on the day but for a swift service, the Bodied By XO team will reach out to pre-order your meal prior to the event. Exact meeting point in the park will be shared 48 hours before event
