About your host:

Susanne Mitschke is the co-founder and CEO of Citruslabs, software used by 100s of sites for clinical trial patient recruitment - to help enroll and retain more patients with less effort. Our software has been built for automated patient engagement on a site level and helps sponsors/CROs to have better transparency into the patient recruitment and retention process.

Before Citruslabs, Susanne founded MindMate in 2015, an app to support the brain health in baby boomers, ranked #1 free health app in several App Stores worldwide. MindMate is now one of the consumer products of Citruslabs to educate individuals about clinical trials.

Susanne worked in Consulting for PwC and uniforce in Vienna, Austria, and was part of the business development and monetization team at the Austrian start-up novigo. Susanne was named 30 under 30 by Forbes Magazine twice, the first time in 2018 (Social Entrepreneurship) and the second time 2020 (All-Star Alumni), and was awarded the World-Changing Alumni Award by the University of Glasgow in 2018. She holds a MSc. in International Management & Leadership from the Adam Smith Business School - University of Glasgow; and a BSc. in Business, Economics, and Social Sciences from the Vienna University of Economics and Business. Susanne was born and raised in Germany.
