About Event
Mindful Steps is a fun, all-rounded wellness program for seniors that blends brisk walking, mind games, and mental wellness activities. It encourages seniors to stay active by clocking around 3,800 steps a day, while also giving them a chance to connect and chat with others in the community.
As a volunteer, you’ll join seniors on a gentle 1.5km to 2km walk, and get to interact with them along the way — a great chance to make meaningful connections while moving together!
