About Event

Feeling overworked, anxious, or constantly in your head?

In the fast pace of life, it’s easy to get caught up in endless stressors. Our minds become overloaded, and the connection to our body and inner calm feels distant.

Imagine stepping away from all that—just for a moment—to breathe deeply, reconnect, and release what no longer serves you. Join us for a session designed to help you:

  • Release tension and let go of built-up stress

  • Reconnect with your body and inner peace

  • Move from overthinking to a state of clarity and presence

What to Bring:

  • Yoga mat, water, and comfortable clothing

  • Optional: Pillow & blanket for extra warmth

What is Somatic Breathwork?
Somatic Breathwork is a powerful practice rooted in neuroscience and somatic therapy. Through guided breathing patterns, body awareness, and gentle facilitation, somatic breathwork helps you release stored tension and trauma held within the body. This practice brings you back to the present, creating space for emotional release, mental clarity, and a deeper connection to your true self.

About Your Facilitator, Akenaton Flores
A certified Somatic Breathwork practitioner and seasoned bodyworker, Akenaton has spent over ten years immersed in the practices of meditation, yoga, and holistic healing.
