Chef Terry Braggs, a Stanford Executive Chef, will teach participants how to cook Southern skillet Mac and Cheese, Fried Chicken and Collard Greens on Thursday, April 27th, 2023, at 5PM at the Escondido Villages Graduate Residences Dining Hall in Building C.
Participants will learn how to make a traditional American meal and then eat and enjoy with other guests.
Location: EVGR Dining Hall, Building C – 726 Serra Street, Stanford, CA 94305 (The Teaching Kitchen is right next door from the EVGR Pub & Beer Garden.)
Start Time: 5pm
End Time: 6:30pm
Important notes
*Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time.
* Dress Code: Appropriate attire must be worn at all times in the kitchen. This includes close-toed shoes!! Aprons will be provided by Chef Terry.
*Please note, class might run a little longer. If you would like to take food to-go instead of eating there, please let the Chef’s assistant know and he’ll make sure to grab you a to-go box. 😊
