Summer Walk & Talk: A Women’s Connection Group🚶♀️🌸
Step into conversation and community at Summer Walk & Talk! A women-only event designed to bring us together in the spirit of wellness and shared experience. Whether you're looking to make new friends, enjoy nature, or simply take a mindful break from the week, this is your space! 🪷
We'll take a walk around Lake Peachtree, starting at Drake Field for about 45 minutes, and spend the last 15 minutes back at our starting point for a wind-down. There’s no pressure here! Just a space for genuine connection, movement, and mutual support🫶🏼
What to bring?
– Comfortable walking shoes
– Water bottle
– Optional: yoga mat or blanket for a short wind-down session at the end
