​Ever wondered how artificial intelligence is used in real life? Not just in your phone or TikTok algorithm, but in the buildings we work and live in?

​Join us for an interactive AI in Real Estate workshop with global tech company Databricks, where you’ll explore how AI and data are shaping the future of smart buildings, sustainability, and city life.

​Who is this for?

​Sixth-form and college students (ages 16–19) who are curious about tech, property, innovation or just want to try something new. If you're not currently studying but are in this age group, you're welcome to this event as well.

​What to expect:

• ​Get a simple intro to what AI actually is, and how it’s used in commercial real estate;

• ​Learn how data helps companies make buildings smarter and more sustainable;

• ​Meet professionals over lunch and ask your questions;

• ​Take part in a fun team challenge to design your own AI-powered office space.

​You don’t need any tech or real estate knowledge, just curiosity and a willingness to get stuck in!

​Please note:

​We know the workshop falls during school hours. If needed, we’re happy to provide an absence request form to help you get permission from your sixth form or college, just let us know when signing up.
