Questioning Regeneration series - Regenerative Relations & Communities
Welcome to another episode of the Questioning Regeneration series
This event is for weavers and connectors in the regenerative communities space. Whether you are already supporting an initiative whose mission focuses on collaboration, or you are interested in knowing more about this area of regeneration: this space is for you.
This 90mn open session will focus on the questions that are alive today in the regenerative sphere of Regenerative Relations & Communities: how do we show up for each other in groups, tribes or communities?
We have invited some fantastic actors, representing leading initiatives in the regenerative space.
The session will be facilitated fish bowl style: with key insights from instigators in the field and an open space for everyone to share from their own perspective.
With this session, we aim to ask:
What questions are you or your organisation puzzling over currently?
What are the unresolved issues that affect you directly?
What knowledge would enable you (or your org) to fulfil your mission better?
Which questions are shared, and which not, and why?
About the Questioning Regeneration Series
A key element of designing a space geared towards the mantra ‘Connect for Action’ is the preparation, the Gathering of Tribes' Incubation as we call it. This consists of eight months where the regenerative community gathers in online spaces, specifically curated to support the creation of our shared Culture.
One of those online spaces is our series ‘Questioning Regeneration’. Questioning Regeneration was born from an attempt at mapping the various ecosystems making up what we today call the ‘Regenerative’ meta-ecosystem, including considering a number of different categorisations covering this whole area. We conducted a 3-month research which led us to initially identify 15 tentative ecosystems, from religion & spirituality to regenerative agriculture, from eco-villages to regenerative finance. These sessions will escape from competing categories, and instead surface the common shared questions that underlie these surface category labels.
Each session of Questioning Regeneration will focus on one of those ecosystem spheres. It will be open to the public, and co-created by guest speakers and the Gathering of Tribes collaborator’s team. The outcome, or “harvest”, will both be a list of shared live questions, and a careful reconsideration of our own labels for the “spheres of regeneration”, so as best to feed forward to the Gathering itself.
