​​​A suggested donation of $25 is appreciated. If you have more to give, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. If you have less, our gratitude for your presence runs just as deep. Cash and Venmo @Joseph-Langham-1 accepted. Please give 24 hour notice for cancellation. Last minute cancellations and no-shows will be subject to a full donation request.

​​​What to Expect

​​​We set our intentions on this September eve and nestle in for our practice of stillness as the vibrating overtones of world instruments are intuitively arranged and played by our own sound architect, Joseph. We'll then have a small fire in the courtyard for releasing our wants and aversions back to the universe. Then Jeri, from Naturally Gifted by Jeri will facilitate a community building tea and chat. Sometimes there'll even be light snacks. It is harvest time, is it not?

​​​What to Bring

​​​We have mats, blankets and pillows, but the more nesting materials you can bring the better. Think camping matts, thick yoga mats, that kind of thing. Comfort is paramount for stillness. We also highly suggest eye coverings to turn your journey inward and resist the ego's temptation to become an audience. We provide mugs and beverages, but a closed water bottle is always good to have. If you have dietary restrictions feel free to bring your own tea as well.
