How we make it fun!
We're anti-theory! All our content is super practical with tools and techniques.
Other workshops teach "management" straight away, like delegation, coaching, empowerment. But beginner managers said this is too overwhelming and full of jargon. You need a "stepping stone". That's what our induction is. We've identified 5 "preparation skills" to prepare you, so you can develop deeper managerial skills later.
