

Breathe & Blossom: A Mother’s Day Celebration
A heartfelt morning of movement, music, and moments that bloom.
Take a deep breath and soak in a morning of ease and celebration. This special Mother’s Day event invites you to connect with yourself and your little one(s) through a nourishing yoga class led by local confidence coach, @itzycanales.
Held in the heart of downtown Santa Barbara, this event will feature a 45-minute yoga flow, live music, a hands-on bouquet bar by Flora Divina, and warm beverages from Considered Coffee.
The gentle yoga session blends light strengthening exercises with baby-friendly movement, focusing on flexibility, relaxation, and core connection. We’ll move through postures that support posture, build strength, and ease tension in the chest and shoulders—especially helpful for nursing and baby-wearing mamas.
Whether your little one is in a stroller, carrier, cuddled up, or lying beside you on the mat, they’re welcome to join however they feel most at ease.

What to Bring:
A yoga mat, water, and anything your little one might need (blanket, toys, snacks, etc.). Come just as you are and enjoy a morning of connection—with your body, your baby, and a beautiful community of moms.
