About Event

In the last decade, the number of UX/UI designers, visual designers and graphic designers entering the market has been astonishing!

With all companies becoming more and more technology led, the demand for designers will grow even further.

But who will hire, train and manage them?

There is a dearth of design managers in India today. And to do our bit on closing this gap, we present to you a session with Saptarshi Prakash, Director of Design at Swiggy.

About Saptarshi

Saptarshi manages one of India's leading design teams. That too in a hyper growth unicorn - Swiggy, India’s largest food ordering and delivery platform.

Saptarshi is an engineer turned self-taught product designer based out of Bengaluru, India. Sapta understood pretty early in this journey that problem-solving can go well beyond the limits of engineering. This made him switch careers to digital experience designing.

He has delivered over 90+ UX talks at Amazon, IDC IIT Bombay, IIT Guwahati, NID Bangalore and many others.
