About Event

Over the last decade, we have identified some patterns, which show the challenges of foreigners doing business in Vietnam. However, An Agile organization can overcome those issues.

Some issues faced by foreign companies in Vietnam:

  • A cultural gap in how business gets done

  • Complexities of the dynamic and young job market

  • Different understanding of “common sense”

  • Lack of coordination between team members

Sound familiar?

Starting a business in Vietnam might look entirely different from what we are used to in our home countries. Both the customers and the employees are younger and the market seems more emerging and complex. The answers to these challenges should be the same as always, when we do not know the right and correct answer: We should try something, learn from it and then improve the approach based on our learning.

Our main speaker, Chris Kruppa is an Agile coach and consultant, has over 10 years of experience in Agile and Scrum helping companies organize their company structures to achieve higher capabilities.

Entering and succeeding in a new market, such as Vietnam, is such an uncertain environment. Understanding and organizing by Agile values and principles will make your organization NOT ready for the future but PREPARED for everything the future may bring.
