We’ll dive into how Self-Sovereign Identity (SSI) and Web3 principles are being used today to build real digital trust in government services. I’ll present the City of Buenos Aires’ implementation of SSI through the MiBA app and the QUARK ID project—covering the architecture, rollout, and measurable benefits for citizens and public administration. We’ll discuss key advantages of SSI/QUARK ID (privacy, interoperability, user control), lessons learned, and what’s next for GovTech in Latin America. The session closes with an open Q&A.
