​ πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈ New Year, New Energy: Outdoor Fitness Kickoff! 🌟

β€‹πŸ“… Date: Saturday 4th January 2025
πŸ“ Start Location: Hyde park + Paddington
⏰ Time: 10am - 2pm + 3pm onwards

​Start your year strong with an invigorating outdoor fitness event designed to energize your body, clear your mind, and inspire your 2025 goals!

​What to Expect:

β€‹πŸŒΏ Walk and Connect: We start in the outdoors with a long walk and talk around hyde park, recharge, and soak in positive vibes and connect with new people.

​πŸ”₯ Sprint Training: We will then have a fun, all-levels fitness session blending cardio, strength, and mobility to kickstart your year as you mean to go on with movement and motivation. (no experience necessary, it's optional and we are all learning together)

β€‹πŸŽ― Goal-Setting Inspiration: Wrap up with a short reflection to help you set the tone for a year of health, growth, and achievement, let's set together and achieve together.

β€‹πŸŒ― Social : We will head to The Pilgrim in Paddington from 3pm (3 Minutes from Paddington Station on the Elizabeth line) for tasty healthy food and juices (available to pre order) and good vibes to round out the day from our Dj.

​Preparation Guide for the Day:

​For clothing, wear layers to regulate your body temperature, including a waterproof jacket, a spare top, and comfortable footwear like trainers you don't mind getting a bit muddy, if it's wet. Choose quality, moisture-wicking socks, leggings or joggers you feel comfortable in walking and running in.

​There won't be a bag drop so don't bring a big bag if it can be helped.

​In your care pack, bring plenty of water, energy-boosting snacks (like fruit, nuts, and granola bars).

​Lunch will be available to buy at The Pilgrim from 3pm onwards
