Tomasso Buganza and Daniel Trabucchi
Tommaso Buganza is a Professor of Leadership and Innovation at the School of Management of Politecnico di Milano. He is co-founder of LEADIN'Lab (the Laboratory for LEAdership, Design, and INnovation) and co-founder and scientific director of IDeaLs, the research platform focused on engaging humans to drive transformation.
Daniel Trabucchi is an Associate Professor at the School of Management, Politecnico di Milano. He is Head of Research at the LEADIN’Lab (the Laboratory for LEAdership, Design, and INnovation). His research interests are focused on innovation management with a special focus on Platform Thinking.
Peter Compo
Peter Compo is a scientist, writer, composer, and business strategist. He is the author of The Emergent Approach to Strategy, which is considered one of the most important foundational books in the era of modern business strategy. Peter joined Dupont as a PhD chemical engineer, holding a wide range of leadership positions there over 25 years. He now explores the deeper foundations of creativity and innovation across human endeavor, from biology to business to music.
Sarah Borrey Pérez
Sarah Borrey Pérez is the Chief Strategy & Sustainability Officer (CSSO) at MCH Group. She focuses on strategic partnerships, business development, and cross-border expansion, shaping the company’s long-term vision and strengthening its global footprint. She is also an active speaker and thought leader on strategy, sustainability, and global business growth
Bertie Murphy
Bertie Murphy is the Chief Strategy Officer of Fexco Group since 2021. With 15 years of experience in executive roles across professional services and industry, he has worked primarily in the technology and financial services sectors. A Chartered Accountant, he trained with KPMG and holds a BSc in Business Information Systems from University College Cork. In 2015, he completed the Executive Education Programme at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Joanne Sheppard
Joanne Sheppard is a global Non-Executive Director and Strategic Advisor for digital transformation, new technologies, innovation and data. She is on the board of directors for two biotech companies and the advisory board for £100m+ tech company. She is currently enrolled in the International Directors Programme at INSEAD.
