Dr. Kim has devoted his professional life to realizing a value-based approach to healthcare through telehealth. Prior to Noma Therapy, Dr. Kim served as the Chief Behavioral Health Officer for Prism Health North Texas supporting an integrated Behavioral Health service line certified as a Patient-Centered Medical Home with a distinction in Behavioral Health.
He has cared for a wide range of vulnerable populations including incarcerated adults and juveniles, the elderly, those struggling with substance dependence, the military, people living with HIV/AIDS, and disaster victims. Additionally, he has provided advocacy, strategic leadership, and subject matter expertise to service organizations, academic centers, government agencies, professional organizations, and industry startups.
Dr. Kim received his BA in Philosophy from Georgetown University and MD, MPH from Tulane University. He continued at Tulane with a combined residency in Internal Medicine and Psychiatry and General Medicine Fellowship.

Julie is Director of Marketing and Partnerships at Noma, unlocking the full potential of therapy through results-driven, personalized treatment for patients facing difficult to treat depression, anxiety, and PTSD including therapy and ketamine.
Throughout her twenty year career, Julie has led global brand strategy, innovation, marketing and partnerships in NYC for agencies such as Anomaly, BBDO and Translation and Fortune 500 companies such as Target and Sephora.
Julie shifted to focusing on marketing wellness in 2012 by starting her own consultancy called Principals where she created Target's private label grocery line, Good and Gather, grew the tele-health service line of one of the largest hospital systems and launched a cannabis wellness company.
She began working in Psychedelics in 2021 at Nue Life as VP of Marketing and Partnerships, leading the creation of Nue Network, the provider referral community prior to joining Noma Therapy.
Julie is also the founder of Psychedelic Women. Launched in January 2022, a digital membership community and speaker series raising the voices of all women in psychedelics. The group has garnered national notoriety by growing an expert network of hundreds of members made up of leaders in the psychedelic industry. She continues to host sold out panels, workshops, and networking events at Soho House Miami, Neuehouse NYC and Arlo Hotels.
