The Problem 

​​Agent network managers (ANMs) in Ethiopia face systemic challenges. They lack clear data and actionable tools to help them maintain and strategically grow their networks. 

• ​​For agents on the ground, every day can feel like a struggle. Many agents stop transacting because they’re overwhelmed by common issues, like float management, connectivity, fraud, or the complexity of DFS. 

• ​​For ANMs, onboarding and training agents to be more effective can be a highly manual process with little hope of return. Sales Reps must make in-person visits, on top of their busy schedules. Yet, it’s hard to know if the results justify the effort.
