About Event

Join my live conversation with writer and illustrator Jacs Guderley whose upcoming illustrated book offers an unfiltered look at living with depression.

This won’t be a shiny, performative chat about how to write a book. It’ll be honest. A bit messy. A bit comforting.

We’ll talk about:
– What her book’s about (and how it came to fruition)
– Writing while healing—and how it changed her
– The inner critic, the identity shift, the weird vulnerability hangovers
– Traditional publishing—how she got the deal, and the benefits of traditional vs. self-publishing
– Marketing your book without selling your soul

If you’re working on something personal—or want to—this is for you.

Bring your questions, curiosity, and kindness.
