Once in the metaverse space, you can:

  • Customize your digital identity (choose from existing or create your own avatar).

  • Personalize your info, e.g., company, role, socials (Settings -> About me).

  • Walk around using W, A, S, D, or the arrow keys.

  • Look around/pan using Q, E keys, mouse buttons or your trackpad.

  • Sit on a chair by clicking on it.

  • Raise/lower your hand via 1.

  • Send a chat message to all/an individual.

  • Take a photo and share it on SM or via email.

TL;DR The CXverse Customer Experience event for Oct 19 is moving to the Metaverse

​Thank you for signing up for our CXverse Customer Experience event.

​As an example of good customer experience we are giving a week's notice that we will have to reschedule the in-person event to Spring 2024 (we will let you know details prior to making them public so you will get the first chance to join us).

​Given the war in Israel, and flights being cancelled we have decided to do a shorter event in the Metaverse.

​This event will be about Customer Experiences related to the current situation - for example, rapid enablement of mental assistance, rapid response to remote teams, etc. 

​We will have a panel of experts answering questions about Customer Experience in a crisis. 

​This Metaverse event will start at the same 3 pm and run for 90 minutes.

​The event link and updated agenda will be sent to all registrants prior to the event.
