Alo Recovery Walk at Hudson Yards
Please join us at Hudson Yards where we invite you to slow down, reset, and reconnect with yourself on this guided recovery walk. Along the route, we’ll incorporate mindful elements like intention setting, meditation, breathwork, and gentle stretching. This is more than just a walk—it’s a moment to move with intention, breathe deeply, and find balance in both body and mind.
We will meet in the Plaza for a pre-walk moment of mindfulness before we get our steps in! We will end the run in front of our Alo Hudson Yards Sanctuary.
